WHAT DO WE DO?
Volunteering our talents, time and energy, we support and promote civic, cultural and educational efforts in our community. Our purpose is to improve our community and enhance the lives of others through volunteerism. We expect members to step forward and help with fundraising events that support our charities as well as help in some role with the day-to-day running of the organization.
READY TO JOIN?
Meetings take place at 10:30 a.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at our clubhouse in Playa del Rey, except July and August. We welcome new members year round! As a member of WCPDR your photo may appear in a news article, newsletter, or website for the purposes of reporting and promoting club activities.
Dues are $40.00 a year. The cost of our monthly luncheon meeting and program is $15.00.
WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?
As a member you will develop long-lasting friendships with motivated local women and feel more invested in our local community. In addition to hosting fun fundraising events such as casino nights, white elephant sales, fashion shows and Hawaiian luaus, we also offer a variety of social events such as sightseeing, dinner and opera outings, and a monthly club luncheon with entertainment or a program.
